01. Acceptance and Governing Terms

By accessing or using InstaFlow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the service.

When connecting external social networks, you also agree to be bound by their respective platform terms:

• YouTube Terms of Service (ToS) and Google Terms of Service.
• Meta Terms of Service, Instagram Community Guidelines, and Meta Platform Policies.
• TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

02. Scope of Service

InstaFlow provides social media automation tooling allowing creators, agencies, and brands to organize, schedule, and dispatch video content directly to connected Instagram Business accounts, YouTube channels, and TikTok profiles via official, approved API integrations.

InstaFlow is an independent software tool and is not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Google LLC, YouTube, or TikTok.

03.Acceptable Use & Account Obligations

When operating InstaFlow, you agree to strictly adhere to the following standards:

• Ownership & Rights: You must own or hold the necessary intellectual property licenses and permissions for all videos, audio tracks, and written captions dispatched through the platform.
• Prohibition on Spam & Harassment: You may not use InstaFlow for bulk unsolicited outreach, deceptive mass posting, artificial engagement farming, or spreading prohibited, defamatory, or illegal media.
• Rate Limits & System Integrity: You may not circumvent platform rate limits, probe backend security, or deploy unauthorized scrapers or reverse-engineering tools against our APIs.
• Account Safety: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of session authorizations.

04. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellations

InstaFlow operates on a software subscription model. Plans are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual cadence as selected during checkout.

• Plan Upgrades & Downgrades: Plan adjustments take effect immediately. Prorated balances are credited towards your next billing statement.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the dashboard billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
• Refunds: We provide a 14-day refund window on new subscriptions if you encounter unresolved technical issues that prevent service delivery.

05.Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

InstaFlow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

InstaFlow is not liable for upstream service interruptions, algorithmic reach fluctuations, account suspensions, or rate-limiting enforcement enacted by third-party social networks (such as Instagram or YouTube). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InstaFlow's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

06. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect technological improvements, security requirements, or regulatory changes. If revisions are material, we will provide notice via email or within the dashboard. Continued use of InstaFlow following the posting of updated terms constitutes agreement.
