Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and GDPR Right to Erasure (Article 17)

InstaFlow allows users to connect Instagram Professional accounts, YouTube channels, and TikTok accounts to upload, organize, and publish video content via official platform APIs. You retain complete ownership of your personal data and may request total deletion of your profile, media files, and authentication tokens at any time.

Step 1 Submit an Official Erasure Request

To initiate permanent account erasure, send an email to our data privacy team at viralytics@insta-flow.online directly from the email address linked to your InstaFlow account.

Subject: InstaFlow Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email]

"Please permanently delete my InstaFlow account, all stored credentials, connected social platform tokens, uploaded video assets, and dispatch history associated with this email address."

Step 2 What Gets Deleted

Upon verification of your request, our automated purging system permanently destroys:

Account profile credentials (Firebase UID, email, name, avatar)

All Meta/Instagram Page IDs, user IDs, and OAuth tokens

YouTube OAuth credentials, channel references, and cached metrics

TikTok user IDs and Content Posting access tokens

Stored video binaries, reel covers, and thumbnail files

Historical publishing job logs, error logs, and dispatch queues

Step 3 Disconnecting Platforms Without Deleting Account

If you simply wish to revoke InstaFlow's publishing permission without destroying your account history and library, you do not need to contact support. You can revoke access immediately:

Instagram / Facebook:Navigate to your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → Select 'InstaFlow' → Remove.
YouTube / Google: Visit your Google Account Security Permissions and click 'Remove Access' for InstaFlow.
TikTok:Open the TikTok mobile app → Settings and Privacy → Security & Permissions → Manage App Permissions → Remove InstaFlow.

Step 4Processing Time & Confirmation

We acknowledge all incoming deletion requests within 48 business hours. The complete database purge and Cloudflare / Firebase asset removal is completed within 30 calendar days. Once the process is finalized, a cryptographic audit confirmation is sent to your registered email address.
